Most girls start wearing makeup every day when they get to Jr. High. At least that’s the way it was with me and all of my friends. This post has perfect timing since school starts up in a couple of weeks. I am going to explain how to get a super quick and easy look perfect for girls in middle school or for those who overslept and have little time to apply a full face of makeup.
In this picture is a list of products I used in Jr. High and most of High School. Maybelline Great Lash mascara, N.Y.C. cover stick, Maybelline Dream Bouncy Blush, and N.Y.C. bronzer
1) Always start out with clean moisturized skin (artists and painters only like working on clean and prepped canvas). If you want to add a beauty balm like Maybelline’s, go right on ahead, the benefits of using them are expansive.
2) Conceal any blemishes and dark circles with concealer. I liked the N.Y.C cover stick because it was light on my skin and had a nice creamy texture that blended easily.
3) Sweep on a bit of blush (preferred for a bright and fresh look) or bronzer (if you are like me and have fair skin and want a bit of a glow). If it suits your fancy go ahead and use both (blush on the apples of the cheeks and bronzer in the hollows to create a more sculpted look).
4) Finish off with a couple swipes of mascara. Helpful Hint- if you want longer and fuller lashes try wiggling the brush from the roots of the eyelashes all the way to the ends. This helps coat every single lash without making the mascara look clumpy.
